"We have used Griselda's and Michael's catering services for a number of events through the years (PLUS we've attended many of the events they've catered.) All were consistently and professionally handled so their experience shows. Their staff, from Kerei on down to the servers, are very upbeat and really add to the event with their "esprit do corps." Our Greek Independence Day Event last March was especially memorable. From Asian to Latino to the Greek event's, all very consistently good and very aesthetically presented.
